With more than a decade in the education and training field, I have honed my skills in eLearning and instructional design. Creativity defines my approach to innovation and problem-solving. Throughout my career, I have embraced reskilling and upskilling in various roles, from team member to team leader. I’ve discovered that thinking outside the box leads to unique, solution-driven ideas. This creative mindset has consistently fostered positive change and enabled me to thrive through challenges.

Early in life, I learned the value of teamwork from my experience with four siblings, discovering that working together is often more efficient than working alone. This principle was reinforced through sports and professional roles, particularly during my time at Apple, where I gained significant insights into collaboration. I see myself as a crucial part of a team, much like a component in a bike or car—essential for the whole system to function. This perspective has remained with me, and I continue to value every member of a team, regardless of size.
