Problem: Managers needed a fast, reliable way to see who on their team had time off in a given week, but the report lived several clicks deep and the filter options were easy to overlook, leading many managers to either miss requests or default to asking their timekeeper directly instead of checking themselves.
Solution: I built a short video walkthrough and companion quick reference guide showing managers exactly how to search for, filter, and read the Time Off Calendar by Week report, including how to capture both approved and pending requests in one view. It gave managers a self service path to the exact information they needed, without waiting on someone else to pull it for them.

Problem: Ten month and twelve month employees follow different timekeeping procedures once summer programs start, and the differences, from cost center clocking to equalized pay, were easy to miss. That gap led to repeated, avoidable payroll questions during one of the busiest stretches of the year.
Solution: I drafted a menu style comparison guide that breaks down exactly what each employee type is responsible for, task by task, paired with plain language explanations of change requests and equalized pay. It replaced a policy document employees had to search through with a single, scannable resource they could reference in seconds.

PROJECT SUMMARY : Educators needed a way to build classroom culture and skills in a fun way. So, I created a quick pdf & presented this letter association game for subject matter experts that could be used for grade levels K-12 with a wide-range of abilities. The Letter Game was a way to provide inclusivity as well as build vocabulary, which students were lacking in growth.

PROJECT SUMMARY : This aid was designed as a support for educators. After attending professional development sessions on changes in lesson building and execution, many educators needed additional support remembering the new protocol around lesson building and tuning. I created this job aid for educators to leverage as support that they may return to as needed.
